From Humble Beginings

As an Executive Chef with an extensive restaurant and hotel background, Scott has over 30 years of experience in the food service industry. His experience includes concepts to launch ongoing maintenance of food and beverage outlets, restaurant and kitchen design, hiring, training and management of all staff, full service catering both domestic and international, front and back house services, upscale creative menu development with a special expertise of incorporating elements of contemporary European, American and French Asian fusion styles.

A native of Texas and a graduate from SWTSU in San Marcos, Scott has worked at several hotels and restaurants including Hilton Hotels and Renaissance as well as having self proprietorships. He served as Apprentice under Master Chef Gaspar Stantic at “Gaspar’s” which was ranked “First Place for New American Cuisine” by Zagat and was reognized as “One of the Four Top Restaurants in Dallas” by D magazine.

The unique years of experience has allowed us the ability to offer multi-restaurant solutions including consulting, full service catering, restaurant equipment sales and installation.
